First of all, you have to go to the message box and write PORT, give a space and type your 10 digit mobile number.

This SMS has to be sent to 1900, from which you will get a UPC (Unique Porting Code).

Now you have to go to BSNL customer service center/any SIM card shop with your ID proof and 1 photo.

Now you have to give them UPC (Unique Porting Code) and an alternate mobile number.

After this you will get a new BSNL SIM card.

Remember, this work has to be completed within 15 days of generating UPC (Unique Porting Code).
