| Gangster Tillu’s murder in Tihar Jail, murder done amidst high security, Tihar administration under question |
Tihar Jail News: Gangster Sunil alias Tillu Tajpuria was murdered in Delhi’s Tihar Jail on Tuesday. Tihar officials told that the murder was done by Yogesh Tunda, Deepak, Rajesh and Riyaz Khan of Jitendra Gogi gang. Tillu was lodged in the high security ward, where he was attacked with sharp weapons.

Tillu was taken to Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Hospital after the attack. Where he was declared dead by the doctors. This is the second gangster killed in Tihar Jail in a month. And because of this the Tihar administration is under the scanner.
Tillu was an accused in the shootout that took place on 24 September 2021 in Rohini Court. Two people of his gang killed Jitendra Gogi in the court. He had come to the court dressed as a lawyer. Both the shooters were shot dead by the police in the court itself.

According to jail sources, Yogesh Tunda was lodged in jail number 8 in Tihar. This jail is on the first floor. Tillu Tajpuria was lodged in jail number 9 on the ground floor.
Yogesh Tunda and other members of the Gogi gang came out at 6:15 am on Tuesday after cutting the security grill of their ward. After this, using the bedsheet, jumped on the ground floor. Here Tillu was kept in the high-security ward. The members of the Gogi gang entered inside by cutting the grill in Tillu’s ward. The jail official said that the Gogi gang had attacked Tillu with sharp iron weapons. Tillu was then taken to the hospital, where he was declared brought dead. Apart from this, another Rohit is undergoing treatment and is out of danger.
Tillu and Gogi were close friends before-
Gangster Tillu Tajpuria was a student of Delhi University and passed out from Shraddhanand College. His friendship with Jitendra Gogi was famous during college days. Both never contested directly in Delhi University elections but both used to field their candidates.
Tillu Tajpuria was the mastermind of the shootout that took place on 24 September 2021 at Rohini Court in Delhi. Tillu had trained both the shooters to kill gangster Jitendra Gogi in the court. Training was also given to look like lawyers, to behave professionally like them. Both the shooters were killed in the shootout in the court.

Earlier on April 14, there was a gang war in Delhi’s Tihar Jail, in which gangster Prince Tewatia was killed. In Jail No. 3 of Tihar, there was a fierce fight between two groups over some issue. Meanwhile, four gangsters were attacked with sharp weapons. In this, Prince was attacked 7 to 8 times, in which he was seriously injured. There, he died during treatment at DDU Hospital.
